What Happens During a Mobile Detail Visit.

First time booking a mobile detail? Here is the full visit, step by step, so you know what to prep, what the crew does, and when you pay. No surprises.

Before We Arrive

• Access: the car needs to be reachable with room to open all doors fully. Driveway, office lot or curbside all work.
• Valuables out: remove valuables, and clear heavy clutter from the trunk and seats. We handle mats and folding seats.
• Keys: hand them over at the door, or tell us where they are if you will be out.
• Pets and kids: keep them clear of the work area. Pressure washers and open doors plus toddlers do not mix.

You do not need to provide water or power. The van carries both, plus shade gear for hot days.

Arrival and Free Assessment

We start with a walk-around together. You point out what bothers you (stains, scratches, smells), we flag what we see, and we confirm one fixed price before touching a panel. If something needs a body shop instead of a detailer, we say so here, not after you have paid.

The Work Order

Interior comes first while the car is dry: vacuum, shampoo and extraction, leather care, vents, glass. Then the exterior sequence: foam, hand wash, wheels and jambs, clay bar if booked, polish and protection. Engine bay last if included. A maintenance wash takes about an hour. A full detail runs four to eight hours depending on size and soil.

Walk-Around and Payment

We finish with a joint inspection, inside and out. Anything short of the mark gets redone on the spot. You pay after the job, once you have walked the finished car and you are happy with it.
